Books are my favorite gifts to receive (hint, hint), especially when you know that the giver put a lot of thought into what kind of book you would like.Do you have a friend or family member going abroad soon? M. Sasek, who created beautiful travel books for children in the 1960's, has a whole line of reissues available at Amazon.com. They are about $13 dollars and really a fun gift for a new traveler. I know I would have loved to have This is Venice and This is Rome when we went to Italy!
